温阳散寒益气通络法治疗类风湿关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温阳散寒益气通络法治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:80例类风湿关节炎患者随机平均分为治疗组与对照组。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组给予自拟"通阳活络汤"加减治疗,连续治疗4周为1个疗程,比较2组患者临床疗效及安全性。结果:治疗组有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(80.0%)(χ2=8.521,P=0.027);治疗后2组患者关节疼痛VAS评分、晨僵时间、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:中医温阳散寒益气通络法治疗类风湿关节炎可明显缓解临床症状、体征,疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of warming yang,dispelling cold,tonifying qi and dredging collaterals method in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 80 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given self-made tongyang huoluo decoction,continuous treatment for 4 weeks as one course of treatment. Compared clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group（ 95. 0%） was significantly higher than the control group（ 80. 0%）（ χ^2= 8. 521,P = 0. 027）; After treatment,joint pain VAS score,time of morning stiffness,joint tenderness,joint swelling of the two groups in the treatment group were superior than that of the control group. Conclusion： Warming yang,dispelling cold,tonifying qi and dredging collaterals method in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms,signs,and the curative effect is significant.
