摘 要:在舰船研究设计过程中,人员编制因涉及总体设计和部队组建而成为一项重要且复杂的工作。合理的人员编制是舰船功能充分发挥的重要保证,同时也是舰船总体设计的基本输入之一。针对舰船人员编制的特点,提出人员编制设置的基本原则和流程。由于舰船总体资源有限,且需要严格控制全寿命周期费用,因此在舰船研究设计过程中应对人员编制予以控制,对此,提出了技术性和非技术性2种途径。针对舰船人员编制研究的未来发展方向,从技术和验证等方面进行了展望。In the progress of research and design for naval ships, manning is an important and complex job,considering its relations to the overll design and foundation of army. Reasonable manning guarantees to ex-ert the best function of navy ships, and is a basic input of the overall design for navy ships. To address thecharacteristics of manning of navy ships, expatiate rules and the detailed process of manning design is pre-sented in this paper. Due to the limited resource for overall design and the strict control requirement, man-ning must be controlled in the progress of research and design for navy ships. To address the control of man-ning, the technological and non-technological ways to control the number of manning are explained, andthe developing tendency of manning in future is summarized from various aspects including technology andexperimentation.
