摘　　要：建设生态文明,是关系人民福祉、关乎民族未来的长远大计,不断提高生态文明水平成为社会发展的必然趋势和要求,如何建立一套有效的生态文明评价体系来客观、真实地反应生态文明建设水平成为当前研究的重要课题.研究立足于青岛市的实际状况,根据生态文明的内涵,基于层次分析法从经济、社会、环境、文化4个方面选取21个指标构建了评价指标体系,并对青岛市的生态文明建设状况进行了评价,给出了提高生态文明建设水平的对策.Creation of ecological civilization is a long-term plan concerning the people＇s well-being and the nation＇s future,and the constant fostering of ecological civilization is vital and essential to social development.Thus,it is a major issue how to establish an effective system of evaluation which objectively reflects the level of ecological civilization.On the basis of the actual situation of Qingdao and according to the connotation of ecological civilization,21 indicators from the four aspects of economy,society,environment and culture were selected to construct the evaluation index system by the analytic hierarchy process （AHP）,the level of ecological civilization of Qingdao was evaluated and some practical recommendations were given.
