摘　　要：按照近代钢铁企业布局的一般规律,汉阳铁厂的选址应放在大冶,但在决策过程中,张之洞却打破这一常规,将铁厂厂址择定在煤铁皆缺的汉阳。如果仅从决策的随意性或为加强对铁厂控制的政治动机等方面进行解释,显然有失偏颇,不符合历史的真实情境。因此,只有重新解读历史史实,并结合当时的社会政治制度、当事者的知识结构及思维观念等,才能找寻到历史的真相。According to the general layout rule of modern steel enterprise, Hanyang Iron Works should be located in DaYe County. But in the process of decision - making, Zhang Zhidong broke the routine and chose the iron works site in HanYang, a place lack of coal and iron. It is too biased and not consistent with the historical truth merely to make the explanation from the arbitrariness of the decision or the political motives to strengthen the control of ironworks. Therefore, only reinterpreting historical facts and combining with the social and political system at that time and thinking patterns and knowledge structure of the parties involved can the truth of history be found.
