摘　　要：提出文化图书馆的理念,介绍江苏大学图书馆文化图书馆建设的定位、举措和可持续发展策略。实践说明,文化图书馆建设能够助力大学文化软实力的提升,是当代大学图书馆功能定位调整、办馆方略变革的有益尝试。After launching the concept of cultural library,this paper highlights the orientation,measures and sustainable development strategies for the construction of cultural library at Jiangsu University.Practice of Jiangsu University library indicates that,the construction of cultural library can effectively increase the cultural soft power of the college,which proves to be an endeavor to relocate and reform its function and development strategy as a modernized university library.
