摘　　要：在介绍浙江较具代表性的乡镇图书馆分馆建设实践的基础上,分析乡镇分馆建设的实现路径及面临的主要问题,从完善项目的预审、验收、评估制度和专项经费的使用两个方面,对乡镇分馆项目运行管理提出建议。After introducing the construction of several representative township branch libraries in Zhejiang Province,this paper discusses the routes for the township branch library construction,as well as the difficulties encountered. On the issues of how to improve the system of preliminary review,acceptance examination,project assessment and how to use the special funds,some suggestions are provided for the project management in the library construction.
