基于重点学科实验室建设的应用型人才培养

摘　　要：以加强省级重点学科实验室建设为基础,面向应用型人才培养,加大学生实验技能培养,提高学生实验设计和创新性科研能力,培养学生专业综合能力,提高学生解决实际问题的能力。探索加强化学实验室建设的主要途径及其对应用型人才培养的重要作用,认为学科专业一体化建设是提升应用型人才培养质量的重要途径。On the basis of strengthening the construction of the provincial key discipline laboratory ,the u-niversities and colleges need to face the society and train the application of students ,strengthen students′experiment skills ,improve students′experimental design and innovative scientific research ability ,promote the ability of students to solve practical problems .To explore the main ways to strengthen the construction of chemical laboratory and its important role of applied talents training ,it will be an important means to improve the training quality of applied useful people by integration of disciplines and specialty .
