摘　　要：地方高水平大学的崛起是我国高等教育改革和发展进程中的新趋向,对我国现有高等教育格局带来很强的冲击。在建设高等教育强国和高等教育强省目标引领下,加快地方高水平大学建设成为我国高等教育发展的主旋律。论文从我国地方高水平大学兴起的缘由入手,深入分析地方高水平大学建设的现状及存在的问题,并针对性地提出解决思路与举措。目的在于全面认识当前我国地方高水平大学的发展形势及未来发展态势,为加快建设地方高水平大学提出积极建议。The rise of local high-level universities is a new trend of China＇ s higher education reform and development process, and it brings a strong shock to the pattern of China＇ s current higher education. Under the guidance of building a powerful nation and a strong province of higher education, accelerating the construction of local high-level universities is the main theme of the development of higher education in China. This paper starts from the reasons for the rise of local high-level universi- ties in China, analyzes deeply the present situation and existing problems of building local high-level universities, and puts forward pointedly ideas and initiatives to solve problems. It aims at a compre- hensive understanding of the current situation and development trend of the future of local high-level universities in China, puts forward positive suggestions for accelerating the construction of local highlevel universities, and provides a reference for government departments＇ decision-making.
