摘  要:为了研究房价与工资的变动关系,选取中国35个大中城市并分成北部、中南、东部、西部四个区域,建立不同区域的面板数据模型,通过单位根检验、协整检验、建立动态面板固定效应变截距模型。研究表明房价增长速度与工资增长速度存在着正向的增长关系,工资增长速度高于房价增长速度。建议政府在制定收入政策和住房调控政策时,应结合不同区域的情况,制定合适的住房调控政策;提高居民收入水平,缩小不同地区之间的工资差距。In order to analyze the relationship between housing price and wages, it chose 35 large and medium cit- ies in China which are divided into four regions: north, middle of south, east and west. Respectively, the panel data models are set up. Using the method of panel unit root test and co - integration test, it designed a variable in- tercept model based on dynamic panel fixed effect. It finds that the growth rate of housing price is in direct propor- tion to the growth rate of wages, and rate of wage increase is higher than that of housing price. When the govern- ment is formulating the income policy and housing regulatory policy, it should pay much attention to the regional differences.
