摘　　要：为明确生物农药0．5％几丁聚糖可湿性粉剂时黄瓜霜霉病的防治效果，采用0．5％几丁聚糖可湿性粉剂有效成分用量3．0、6．0、9．0g·hm^-2。剂量进行田间防效试验。结果表明：药后7d防效分别为68．71％～69．03％、81．79％～82．52％和89．18％～90．49％。0．5％几丁聚糖可湿性粉剂对黄瓜霜霉病具有良好的防治效果且安全，可在生产上推广使用，推荐有效成分使用剂量为6．0～9．0g·hm^-2。In order to confirm the control effect of chitosan 0.5% WP against cucumber downy mildew in the greenhouse,the field control effect experiment was carried out. The results showed that the efficacy of chitosan 0. 5% WP with dosagfes of 3.0,6. 0 and 9. 0 g·hm-2 were 68. 71% ～69. 03%,81. 79%～82. 52% and 89.18 % ～ 90.49 % respectively after saven days. Chitosan 0.5 % WP was safe to cucumber plants and had bet- ter control efficiency to the cucumber downy mildew. The spraying dosage of 6.0～9.0 g·hm-2 was recommen- ded.
