摘 要:目的:观察螺旋藻多糖对环磷酰胺所致免疫低下小鼠免疫调节作用。方法:腹腔注射环磷酰胺制备免疫功能低下模型。用流式细胞术检测各组小鼠脾和胸腺细胞周期变化;运用比色法检测各组小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能及分泌IL-1功能;采用Greiss法检测各组小鼠巨噬细胞分泌NO功能。结果:螺旋藻多糖能增加免疫低下小鼠脾和胸腺S期和G2/M期的细胞;显著提高免疫低下小鼠巨噬细胞的免疫功能和分泌IL-1和NO的功能。结论:螺旋藻多糖能提高环磷酰胺所致免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能。OBJECTIVE To study the immune-regulative action of polysacchrides Spirulina platensis (PSP) on hypoimmunity in mice. METHODS Immunosuppressed murine model was established in mice induced by cyclophosphamide(CTX). Cell cycles of splenocytes and thymocytes were measured by flow cytometry. Phagocytic capacity, the excretion of interleukin-1 and NO in macrophages were measured by colorimetry and Greiss method respectively. RESULTS The percentage of cell cycles of spleno- cytes and thymocytes increased markedly in S phase and G~/M phase in the groups treated with PSP. Phagocytic capacity, the excretion of interleukin-1 and NO in macrophages were significantly higher in the groups treated with PSP. CONCLUSION PSP can obviously improve immunological function of the immune-suppressive model mice induced by CTX.
