岩棉憎水剂性能研究

摘　　要：介绍了市售岩棉憎水剂的类型,并就憎水剂作平行对比研究。实验表明,瓦克化学生产的SILRES BS 5130 CN以功能性硅油为有效成分,具有与酚醛树脂极好的匹配性、分散性、高效的憎水性能以及优异的耐碱和耐候性能,可为憎水岩棉制品的持久防水和质量稳定提供有力保障。Kinds of rock wool water repellents in the market are described in this article,and performances were tested par-allel. The test results show that SILRES BS 5130 CN produced by Wacker with functional siloxane,has excellent compatibilitywith phenolic resin,good dispersion,high hydrophobic efficiency, excellent anti-alkali and anti-weathering properties,to insure thedurable hydrophobicity and stable quality of rock wool product.
