摘　　要：从降低建筑能耗的角度出发,以寒冷地区(天津生态城)某公共建筑为研究对象,应用能耗模拟软件e-QUEST,模拟分析了改善建筑外窗自身遮阳系数和添加可调节外遮阳对建筑节能效果的影响,初步提出适宜寒冷地区公共建筑的遮阳节能方案。This paper tries to start from the viewpoint of reducing building energy consumption,taking a public building in coldarea（Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city City） as the research object, through using the simulating software e-QUEST, analyzes influenceof building energy-saving through improving outside window of the shading coefficient and adding adjustable shading. This paperpreliminarily proposes a suitable shading device on the target of public building energy-saving in cold regions.
