摘 要:采用全生命周期成本分析方法,结合度日数和现值系数,得出了保温层经济厚度优化模型,并对武汉地区典型外墙结构的保温层厚度优化和经济回收期进行分析.结果表明,采用简化外墙构造计算得到的保温层经济厚度,由厚到薄依次为:无机保温砂浆、EPS保温板、PU保温板,即保温材料的导热系数越小,保温层经济厚度越薄.另外,外墙保温虽然增加了初始费用,但减少了能耗费用,且能够在2-5年内收回成本,相比于保温材料20年的使用寿命,具有较好的经济效益.An optimizing formula for calculating economical insulation thickness was obtained from the life cycle costanalysis with degree days and present worth factor. The economical insulation thickness and payback period of typical exteriorwall structure in Wuhan was calculated and analyzed. The result showed that economical insulation thickness calculated bysimplified exterior structure decreases in the order of inorganic insulation mortar, EPS,PU. This means that the smaller thermalconductivity of insulation material is,the thinner economical thickness of insulation layer is. In addition external wall insulationincrease the initial cost, but reducing the energy cost and can be recovered in 2-5 years,which has better economic benefit thaninsulation material service life of 20 years.
