摘 要:以火山灰、废纸、硅藻土等为主要原料,掺加适量的阻燃剂、粘结剂等,利用自主研制的天然复合发泡剂制备稳定、均匀的泡沫,将泡沫和浆料混合制备复合发泡轻质保温材料。采用正交试验研究了原料用量对保温材料抗压强度、导热系数以及干密度的影响,优选出原料配比。当m(火山灰)∶m(石膏)∶m(硅藻土)=60∶20∶10,水泥含量为火山灰、石膏、硅藻土总质量的10%,废纸粉含量为火山灰、石膏、硅藻土、水泥总质量的4%时,制备的新型复合发泡轻质保温材料的导热系数为0.054 W/(m·K),抗压强度为0.64 MPa,干密度为485 kg/m3,各项性能指标均符合建材行业标准要求。Taking volcanic ash,waste paper, diatomaceous earth as the main raw materials, adding the right amount of flameretardant,binder, etc.,by using self-developed natural compound foaming agent to prepare stable and uniform foam, new compositefoam lightweight thermal insulation material was obtained by mixing of foam and slurry. Using orthogonal experiment designmethod,the influences of the dosage of raw materials on the compressive strength,thermal conductivity coefficient and dry densityof insulation materials was researched,and the optimal ratio of raw materials was obtained. The study results show that, when theaddition of m(volcanic ash) :m (gypsum) :m (diatomaceous earth)=60:20:10,the content of cement was 10% of total mass of volcanicash,gypsum and diatomaceous earth,and the was paper content was 4% of total mass of volcanic ash,gypsum and diatomaceousearth and cement,the coefficient of heat conductivity of prepared material was 0.054 W/(m'K),the compressive strength was 0.64MPa, the dry density was 485 kg/m3 and all the performance indexes of foaming lightweight thernml insulation material block meetthe requirement of the building materials industry standard.
