从含铜金精矿热压酸浸渣中回收元素硫的工艺研究

摘  要:详细介绍了从热压酸浸渣中回收元素硫的主要方法及原理,并讨论各种方法的优缺点。试验表明,在所选择的条件下,溶剂溶解法能有效地从热压酸浸渣中回收硫。采用溶剂溶解法回收硫,不仅硫回收率高,贵金属不流失,而且可降低后续氰化浸出的NaCN的耗量,贵金属回收率高,具有较广阔的发展前景。A detailed introduction of technique and mechanism of recovering suphur from hot-press acid leaching residues was given in this paper. Meanwhile, the advantages and disadvantages of different methods were analyzed. The test result indicates that under the condition presented in this paper, resolution method with solvent can effec- tively recover sulpher form hot-press acid leaching residue. Not only can this method have a high recovery rate of sulphur without loss of noble metal, but also can decrease the consumption of NaCN and increase the reeovery rate of noble metals. Thereby,it has a brilliant development prospect.
