摘　　要：本文采用MCGS组态软件设计的浮选药剂添加控制系统,由监控上位机系统、PLC下位机控制系统以及执行机构等构成。控制系统中设计的隔离措施,不仅可以有效的保护PLC控制模块,也便于在出现故障后检查维修。通过实验室测试,控制系统的药剂添加误差小于2%,达到了设计要求。在工业试验测试中,控制系统运行稳定可靠,药剂添加精度高,满足了生产需求。In this paper, we design the flotation agent adding control system. The system consists of PC monitor sys- tem,PLC hypogynous machine control system and actuator. The isolation design in control systems not only effective- ly protects PLC control module,but also makes convenient inspection and maintenance after potential breakdowns. During the laboratory tests ,the errors of adding in the control system were less than 2% ,which meets the designated requirement. In industrial tests, the control system functions consistently and stably with high accuracy level in adding dosage. The control system meets the production requirement
