三级妇幼保健院多元化发展模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：以南京市妇幼保健院为例,介绍新形势下三级妇幼保健院如何探索多元化发展模式来应对"生育高峰"的挑战。以三级妇幼保健院为核心,联合区域内的二级医院和社区卫生服务中心,采取加强扶持区县妇保所,成立健康管理中心实现双向转诊,托管二级医院等措施,共享医疗资源,为就医对象提供不同层次、相互补充的服务,提高医疗资源的使用效率,让有限的医疗资源发挥最大作用。Taking Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital as an example,the authors explain how mater- nal and child health care hospitals of the third grade explore diversified development models to meet the challenge of ＂baby boom＂ in the new environment. They make maternal and child health care hospitals the core ,join the hospitals of the second grade and community health service centers in the region, take the measures for strengthening the assistance to district or county maternal and child health care institutes,establish the centers for health management,practice dual referral,make hospitals of the second grade in trusteeship, share medical resources, provide patients with service of different levels and mutual complementation, improve the applying efficiency of medical resources, and have the limited medical resources play the biggest role.
