摘　　要：上海市浦东新区卫生局启动了中医人才培养项目,从2008年至2010年,浦东中医人才立项培养四种类型人才,共111名。通过自制评估指标体系对浦东中医人才培养成效进行定量分析研究,得出以下几点结论:浦东新区中医人才培养总体成效较为显著,各类人才的众多指标都有明显提升;但成效上有较大差异,提升的幅度不尽相同,其中,中医领军人才在各类指标上都表现最好。The health bureau of Pudong New Area, Shanghai launched the training project for talents of traditional Chinese medicine. From 2008 to 2010,111 talents of traditional Chinese medicine of four kinds were covered in the project training. The self-assessing system is developed to make quantitative analysis and research of the training, from which the conclusion is derived. The overall results of the training for talents of traditional Chinese medicine in Pudong New Area are obvious and the various indicators for all kinds of talents are promoted significantly;However, there are great gaps in the training results for all kinds of talents, which results in different promotions of the indicators. Thankfully, all sorts of indica- tors show that the leading fi^ures of traditional Chinese medicine perform excellently.
