摘 要:应用多位点酶电泳技术对从我国17个省市搜集的200株A群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌(Nm)进行了克隆群体结构分(?)。结果表明,可将200株A群Nm分为23个电泳型(ET),7个克隆群,其中Ⅳ克隆群和Ⅴ克隆群为优势克隆群,两者的遗传距离为0.53。自60年代以来,每次流脑流行周期均以一种克隆群为主,如60年代和80年代主要由Ⅳ克隆群引起流行,分别占同时期菌株数的85.7%和82.4%;70年代的流行主要由Ⅴ克隆群引起,占该期间菌株数的88.4%。优势克隆群优势十分明显,流行时间长,地区分布广,而且不同周期A群Nm优势克隆群的变迁与其优势亚型的变化基本吻合。我国A群Nm的优势克隆群及优势亚型在流脑不同流行周期内皆显示了周期性变换的特征。200 strains of Neisseria meningitidis serogroup A have been collected from 17 provinces or munici- palities in China sine 1960S and the clonal popu- lation structure has been studied and analyzed by the methods of multilocus enzyme electrophoresis. These strains could be divided into 23 electroph- oresis types (ET) and 7 clones, and clone IV and V were found predominant in epidemics with ge- netic distance 0.53. Since 1960S only one predom- inant clone was found in one epidemic, such as clone IV has caused the epidemics in 1960S and 1980S, occupied 85.7% and 82.4% of the total str- ains during the epidemic periods. However the predominant clone in 1970S epidemic was clone V, constituted 88.4% of the total strains. The predominant clones were charaterized by the long period of epidemic, wide geographical distribution and the strains were possessed of specific subse- rotype antigen of OMP. It caused the characteri- stics of the cyclic meningococcal epidemies in China.
