摘　　要：为了解现阶段医务人员对药品不良反应(ADR)的认知度,并结合实际进一步完善ADR报告与监测工作,本课题组采用随机发放调查问卷的方式,对某医院医务人员进行了抽样调查。通过整理与分析,从进一步提高对"药品不良反应"概念的认知及病案上报意识、培训、改进院内上报流程等方面,对提高ADR报告的数量和质量提出了建议和对策。In order to understand medical staff＇s recognition of adverse drug reactions （ADR）at the present stage so as to improve and promote the reporting and monitoring of ADR with practice, this research group delivered questionnaire randomly to have a sample survey on the medical staff in a certain hospital. Through data analysis and processing, this research group put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the quantity and quality of ADR reports from the perspectives of enhancing their recognition degree of the definition of ADR and the report consciousness, and improving ADR reporting process in the hospital, etc..
