摘　　要：文章通过对科研项目经费管理的立项、实施、验收以及后评价各个环节进行分析,加强科研管理制度建设,对科研单位的科研水平的提高和科技创新的能力建设具有参考和借鉴意义。This paper analyzes every links of funds management including project determination, implementation and acceptance, which is in order to strengthen management systems construction, improve level of scientific research and technological innovation.
