摘　　要：基于中国人民银行、中国证监会在北京签署的《关于加强证券期货监管合作共同维护金融稳定的备忘录》,全国范围内的银证监管合作全面推进,山西也紧跟步伐开展银证合作监管,这对防范金融风险,维护区域金融稳定有着重大的现实意义。Based on The Memorandum about Strengthening the Cooperation in Supervising Securities and Futures to Maintain Financial Stability signed in Beijing by The Bank of China and China Securities Regulatory Commission, the cooperation between PBC and CSRC is fully promoted nationwide. The same action is also being taken in Shanxi province, which attaches great significance to aim at preventing financial risks and maintaining regional financial stability.
