摘　　要：文章介绍了一种用于冷却锻造后车轴的强制风冷专用设备,简述了强制风冷专用设备的关键技术,实现了锻后车轴的控制冷却技术,同步旋转冷却技术,同时也建立流体横掠单管的热力学模型,运用ANSYS Workbench软件分析计算了强制风冷专用设备的冷却能力,分析结果显示车轴从850℃经1800 s的强制风冷,车轴表面温度大约可降至470℃。This paper introduces a kind of special equipment for forged axle forced air cooling; it briefly describes the key technology of the equipment. The device implements the axle controlled cooling technology, synchronous rotation technology. Meanwhile, the paper establishes thermodynamic model of fluid across single tube, using ANSYS Workbench software to analyze the cooling capacity of axle forced air-cooled special equipment. Analysis showed that after a forced cooling 1800s, the axle surface temperature can be reduced from about 850 ℃ to 470 ℃
