摘 要:目的:探讨应用复杂网络方法挖掘腰痛方剂配伍规律的可行性。方法:筛选古籍中治疗肾虚、外感和瘀血腰痛的方剂,运用复杂网络方法建立3种腰痛的药物配伍网络,比较分析3个网络的节点距离、群聚系数和中心性,采用MATLAB编程查找支持度>10%的最大派系进行凝聚子群分析。结果:肾虚、外感腰痛的网络群聚系数较大,核心药物较多。3个网络共找到13个凝聚子群,形成7个基本方骨架。杜仲、当归、牛膝和肉桂是所有子群的共享药物。结论:复杂网络方法可用于方剂配伍的数据挖掘,为配伍规律的研究提供了新思路。Objective: To investigate:the feasibility of complex network in mining the composition regularity of the lumbago prescriptions. Methods: Three kinds of lumbago prescriptions were screened in the ancient documents ( lumbago due to kidney deficiency, external contraction or blood stasis), and three herbal networks for three kinds of lumbago were built up by complex network. The node distance, clustering coefficient and centrality of the three networks were compared and analyzed, and the subgroup analysis was performed by MATLAB programming to find the largest cliques with the support above 10%. Results: The clustering coefficient was higher and the core herbs were more in the networks of kidney deficiency and external contraction. Thirteen subgroups and seven basic prescriptions were discovered in the three networks. Cortex Eucommiae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae and Cortex Cinnamomi were the sharing herbs in all the subgroups. Conclusion: Complex network can be applied for the data mining of prescription composition regularity, and provides a new approach for the research of prescription compatibility role.
