摘　　要：远程医疗服务具有无形性、相伴性、差异性、易逝性、公益性、风险性、难衡量性和医患关系的特殊性等特点,并受到远程医疗服务成本、财政补贴、供求关系、价格政策以及费用支付方式等因素的影响,可以对其采用向患者提供服务保证价格、利用关系创造性定价、捆绑定价、利用收益管理方法定价和根据患者对价格的敏感度等定价策略。Telemedicine service is intangible, concomitant, different, perishable, public welfare, risk, difficult to measure, the special relationship between doctors and patients, which affected by the telemedicine service cost, financial subsidies, relation- ship of supply and demand, price policy, payment and so on Strategies could be used to help, such as providing services to ensure the price, creative pricing with specific relation, bundling pricing, using revenue management pricing method, and deciding on price sensitivity of patients.
