映射法在健康效用值测量中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:介绍映射法在测量健康效用值时的应用原理、过程及所需模型的选择,以期更好地推广其应用于无效用积分体系的健康量表测量结果的效用值转换。方法:通过查阅相关文献书籍,给出映射法的应用过程,并结合计量经济学知识,探究映射中的模型选择类型和模型性能评价指标。结果:根据不同的参数类型,可以选择不同的模型类型进行映射。结论:映射法能够广泛应用于将自身无效用积分体系的量表结果转换为效用值。Objective： To introduce the principle, procedure and model selection of applying mapping method to measure health utility values, so as to spread it into applying the unity value transfer of the measuring results of health questionnaires. Methods： Through literature study, the process of applying mapping was given. Combined with the knowledge of econometrics, the model choic：e type and model function evaluation index of mapping were analyzed. Results： According to different parameter type, different model type could be chose to process mapping. Conclusion： Mapping method could be applied in transferring result of the scales without their own value sets into utility value.
