摘　　要：目的:探讨基本药物药品价格指数的编制方法,为有关部门制定相关政策提供参考。方法:通过选择价格指数代表品、确定基期和报告期、收集及处理价格资料、确定价格权数等几个关键步骤编制基本药物价格指数。结果:构建基本药物类价格指数及总价格指数体系。结论:基本药物价格指数的体系设计及编制工作,对基本药物制度的科学有效实施具有重要意义。Objective： To discuss on the formulation of essential medicine price index, in order to provide references for the rele- vant policy-making. Methods： The price index was established by the selection of basic calculation fornmla, such as the decision of presentative drug, deciding the basic period and report period, collection and dealing of price information and the determination of weight. Results： The price index of essential medicine and total price index system were constructed. Conclusion： The system design and compiling work of essential medicine price index had important significance in the scientific and effective implementation of essen- tial medicine system.
