摘 要:以风力发电机齿轮传动为研究对象,借助理论和有限元数值模拟方法,对传动过程中齿轮接触应力规律及动态特性进行了研究。利用ANSYS中的APDL语言编写了齿轮参数化建模程序,并建立了齿轮三维实体模型;通过解决网格划分、材料属性和接触对建立等关键技术,建立了齿轮啮合力学模型;通过设置控制节点,施加转速和扭矩,实现了齿轮的非线性动态啮合过程模拟;最后,对齿轮进行模态分析,获得了其固有频率和振型,为齿轮的动态设计提供了基础数据。In this paper,by taking the wind turbine gear as the research obj ect,the contact stresses and dynamic charac-teristics during transmission of wind turbine gears were studied by means of theory and finite element numerical simulation method.By using ANSYS APDL,the gear parametric modeling program was developed,and the involute gear model was established.By addressing meshing,material properties,the establishment of contact and other key technologies,the gear meshing mechanics model was established.According to the control node,the rotational speed and torque were applied,the nonlinear dynamic process of gears were simulated.Model analysis of gear help us earning their natural frequencies and mode shapes and providing an important reference for gear design and optimization.
