摘 要:为了解决传统DSD酸-三嗪类荧光增白剂不耐酸和耐光牢度差的问题,自制了新型大分子长链季铵盐荧光增白剂W5,考察了增白剂对棉布的增白效果、色牢度以及升温上染速率曲线,探讨其光物理化学性能和耐酸碱性能.结果表明,该增白剂耐酸碱性能优良,增白织物的耐日晒牢度相比传统增白剂VBL得到明显改善,基本解决了传统增白剂不耐酸和耐光牢度差的问题.In order to solve the problem of poor acid resistance and color fastness to light of the tradition-al triazine-DSD acid type fluorescent whitening agent, a novel long chain quaternary ammonium salt fluores-cent whitening W5 was synthesized. The whitening effect, color fastness and temperature dyeing rate curves of the whitening agent on cotton were studied; the optical property and acid and alkali resistance of the whit-ening agent were discussed. The results showed that the whitening agent had a good acid and alkaline resis-tance, the colorfastness to light was significantly superior to VBL. The problem of poor acid resistance and col-or fastness to light of the traditional fluorescent whitening agent was basical y solved.
