摘 要:为了得到质量较好的印刷品,通过改变树脂和表面活性剂用量,分别制备了5种不同粘度和5种不同表面张力的样品油墨,用打印机进行喷印,探讨不同粘度与表面张力的油墨对喷印图案表观颜色深度K/S值、明度及色彩鲜艳度、渗化性、清晰度的影响.结果表明:随着油墨粘度的增大,织物的表观颜色深度逐渐增大,颜色变深,鲜艳度提高;对渗化性及清晰度有一定的影响.表面张力对织物表观颜色深度、颜色的明暗及色彩鲜艳度的影响较大,并直接影响了油墨的渗化性及清晰度.In order to obtain a better printing quality, the ink samples with five different viscosity and sur-face tension were prepared by changing the content of the resin and the surface active agent. Using these samples to print on the fabric by printer, the influences of the ink with different viscosity and surface tension on apparent color depth (K/S), brightness, bril iance, permeability and clarity of printed pattern were discussed. The results showed that with the increase of the ink viscosity, the apparent depth of printed fabric increased gradual y and the color became dark, and the vividness of the color was improved, however, the permeability and clarity were affected to some extent. Surface tension also had a significant impact on the apparent color depth, luminance and vividness of the color, and would directly affect the ink permeability and clarity.
