摘　　要：无质量手性粒子在势垒中的隧穿被研究.粒子在势垒中的透射概率被详细计算,手性粒子在势垒中的运动特征也被阐明.本文用简单的物理观点来解释克莱因隧穿,这对深入理解量子力学中势垒隧穿十分有益.Tunneling of the massless chiral particle through a barrier is studied. The transmission probability of the chiral particle through a barrier is calculated carefully and the movement characteristics are illustrated in the barrier region. We also give the simple physical viewpoints in order to understand Klein tunneling and it is very useful to understand barrier tunneling in quantum mechanics.
