面向实施的社区服务设施规划协同研究

摘　　要：以重庆市地方规划标准编制调研工作为基础,指出社区服务设施的规划与实施尚未形成各方合力。通过分析在规划编制和规划管理上的协同不足的问题,从两方面提出了面向实施需求的规划协同建议。Based on the research on Chongqing municipal planning standard compilation, this paper points out that there is no joint force for community service facility planning and implementation. The paper puts forward implementation- oriented planning collaboration suggestions from the perspectives of planning compilation and management by analyzing the deficiencies of the two aspects in collaboration.
