摘  要:实验装置的设计依据工业生产碳酸氢铵工艺流程,严格按照国家标准。考虑到实验装置的规模、尺寸,并结合本实验教学的具体情况,通过物料衡算及能量衡算初步确定了氨法吸收CO2实验装置主要部分的尺寸参数及实验装置工艺系统,该实验装置将为学生提供氨法吸收CO2生产碳酸氢铵工艺的实验教学保证。The experimental device of CO2 absorption using ammonia method was designed according to the production process of ammonium hydrogen carbonate and the national standards.Considering the size of the experimental apparatus,and the specific situation of experimental teaching,the main parameters and the process systems of experimental device of CO2 capture using ammonia method was determined based on the material balance and energy balance.This experimental device will guarantee experimental teaching of the students.In the process of experimental teaching,the environmental awareness of the students was strengthened,and their practical ability was also improved.
