摘　　要：根据碳纤维脆性、易起毛的特征,对国产GA747/II型剑杆织机优化改造,采用模拟整经方式实现碳纤维织造。重点探讨张力、综平时间、开口动程、进剑时间与剪纬时间等织造工艺,实现了多种外观和质量优秀的碳纤维织物织造。According to the characteristics of carbon fiber in brittleness and hairiness, domestic GA747/ II rapier loom was optimized and revamped and carbon fiber weaving was realized by the simulating warping process. The important weaving process parameters such as tension, heald leveling time, opening motion, rapier entering time and shearing weft time were explored and carbon fiber fabric weaving with various appearances and excellent quality was realized.
