摘　　要：设计了一款基于C166微控制器的工程机械智能控制器,采用Co De Sys软PLC作为编程平台,支持使用IEC61131-3定义的5种标准PLC语言进行编程。所设计的智能控制器拥有高度复用的输入输出模块和丰富的I/O资源,具有短路保护、过压保护、开路检测和电流监测等完善的安全保护机制,能够广泛应用于各种工程机械控制系统。This paper introduces the design of an intelligent ECU(Electronic Control Unit) based on C166 microcontroller,using Co De Sys Soft-PLC which supports five IEC 61131-3 defined standard PLC programming languages as the programming platform.The designed intelligent controller has highly multiplexed input and out modules and rich I / O resources,providing safety protection mechanisms such as short circuit protection,overvoltage protection,open circuit detection and current sensing.
