摘　　要：设计了一种内置式电磁烘缸,并应用于实际生产中。通过硬件设计、锁相控制及PID控制,完成了基于单片机控制的电磁感应加热控制系统。实验及实际生产表明,该系统具有较快的升温速度,并且具有稳定节能的特点。A kind of built-in induction heater is designed and applied into practice successfully in this paper.With the help of hardware design,phase locked control and PID control,an induction heating system based on single chip processor is accomplished.The system is verified effective in actual production process and has a characteristic of energy conservation.
