摘　　要：关中—天水经济区在我国现代化发展的历史脉络中处于明显的迟发展状态,迟发展必然导致迟发展效应,迟发展效应同时具有后发劣势和后发优势。研究该经济区迟发展效应的后发优势,对该地区发展具有巨大的推动作用。The Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone in the context of Chinese modernization development history is in the obvi-ous later development state, the later development inevitably leads to later development effect, and later development effect has thedisadvantages and advantages. This paper studies the elaborated advantages of the later development effect in this region which has agreat role in promoting the economic development.
