沙盘游戏疗法在新疆中小学少数民族双语教师心理咨询中的运用

摘　　要：文章通过对新疆中小学少数民族双语教师心理健康现状分析,提出了加强这支队伍心理健康教育的必要性。针对新疆中小学少数民族双语教师心理咨询求助中的特殊性,阐述了这支队伍在心理咨询中使用沙盘游戏疗法的独特作用。通过沙盘游戏疗法在少数民族双语教师来访者的运用,收到了良好的心理咨询效果,激活了来访者自身具有的健康与治愈因素,获得心性的修养、改善了人际关系,人格得到不断的完善。The paper analyzes the psychological health of the ethnic bilingual teachers of primary and middleschools in Xinjiang and stresses the urgency of strengthening those teachers’psychological health. The paperalso explains the unique efficiency of sand-play therapy to the teachers’psychological remedy in the psychologicalcounseling. The author contends that sand-play therapy has a good result in the investigated bilingualteachers, which could cure psychological worries and bring back psychological health to people.
