破裂脑动脉瘤病人术后生存质量及相关因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]研究脑动脉瘤破裂术后病人生存质量的现状并分析其影响因素,以探讨提高病人生存质量的有效途径。[方法]采用简明健康状况问卷(SF-36)、社会支持评定量表、疲乏程度量表对74例脑动脉瘤破裂病人进行调查。[结果]脑动脉瘤破裂病人生存质量各维度得分偏低,多元逐步回归结果提示,Hunt-Hess分级、疲乏、社会支持、住院时间以及年龄是影响生存质量的重要因素。[结论]医护人员应重视脑动脉瘤破裂病人疲乏和社会支持情况,采取针对性的干预措施,以缓解病人的疲乏症状,提高病人社会支持水平,改善病人的生存质量。Objective:To study the status quo of the postoperative living quality of patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysm and its influencing factors,so as to probe into effective ways to improve the patients' quality of life.Methods:A total of 74 cases of ruptured cerebral aneurysm patients were investigated by using concise Health Questionnaire(SF-36),social support rating scale and fatigue severity scale.Results:All dimensions scores of living quality of the ruptured cerebral aneurysms patients were lower.Multiple stepwise regression results suggested that HuntHess classification,fatigue,social support,hospitalization time and age were main influencing factors of the living quality.Conclusion:Medical personnel should pay attention to the ruptured cerebral aneurysms patients' fatigue and social support,take targeted intervention measures,to relieve patients' fatigue symptoms,enhance their social support level and improve the survival quality of patients.
