摘　　要：目的调查护理实习生的职业防护教育现状,分析存在问题,探讨有效的培训方法。方法采用自设问卷,对枣庄市8所教学医院的302名护理实习生进行问卷调查。结果院校和教学医院的职业防护教育均存在缺陷,护理实习生在学校接受的职业防护教育欠缺,教学医院的培训缺乏系统性和持续性。结论为维护护理实习生的职业安全,护理院校应全面开设系统有效的职业防护教育,教学医院的职业防护培训模式须规范化。Objective To investigate the status of occupational protective education among student nurses,analyze the existing problems,and explore effective training methods. Methods Totally 302 student nurses were recruited from eight teaching hospitals in Zaozhuang city and were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The occupational protective education in nursing schools for nursing students was insufficient and the occupational protective education in teaching hospitals was not systematic and persistent. Conclusion In order to ensure nursing students＇ occupational safety,nursing schools should provide systematic occupational protective education for nursing students and teaching hospitals should enhance the standardization of occupational protective education.
