膀胱肠瘘患者的围手术期护理

摘　　要：总结了5例膀胱肠瘘患者的护理。护理重点是术前做好尿管护理,充分引流膀胱内容物,加强肛周及会阴部皮肤护理,密切观察药物疗效和不良反应,积极进行肠道准备;术后做好引流管护理,加强营养支持;全程给予心理护理,取得了较好的护理效果。术后随访6个月至1年,5例患者均未出现膀胱肠瘘复发。This paper summarized the perioperative nursing of 5 cases with enterovesical fistula. The key points in nursing were preoperative urinary catheter care,adequate drainage of bladder content,intensive care of the perianal and perineal skin,close observation of the curative effects and adverse drug reactions and bowel preparation,as well as postoperative drainage tube care,nutritional support and psychological care. Five patients were followed for6 months to 1 year and no fistula recurrence was found.
