胸水GLU、LDH、ADA等指标在结核性胸膜炎治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨葡萄糖、乳酸脱氢酶、腺苷脱氨酶、总蛋白等生化指标在结核性胸膜炎治疗中的临床意义。方法:收集77例结核性胸膜炎患者胸腔积液,分别观察治疗1周前后上述生化指标的变化。结果:治疗1周后结核性胸膜炎患者胸腔积液中ADA、LDH、GLU有显著变化(P<0.05),总蛋白及氯化物无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:ADA、LDH及GLU可作为结核性胸膜炎患者治疗效果的评价指标。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of glucose,lactate dehydrogenase,adenosine deaminase,total protein and other biochemical markers about treatment of tuberculous pleurisy. Method 77 cases of pleural effusion in patients with tuberculous pleurisy were collected and detected these biochemical parameters before and after treatment a week. Results After 1 week of treatment in patients with tuberculous pleurisy,there were significant differences of ADA,LDH,GLU of pleural effusion（ P〈0. 05）,no significant differences of total protein and chloride（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion ADA,LDH and GLU could be used for evaluation of therapeutic effect of tuberculous pleurisy patients.
