蓝光联合复方氯霉素洗剂治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察蓝光联合复方氯霉素洗剂治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将116例寻常型痤疮患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组,治疗组40例照射蓝光,每周2次;外用复方氯霉素洗剂2次/d,8周为一个疗程;对照1组36例照射蓝光,每周2次,8周为一个疗程;对照2组40例外用复方氯霉素洗剂2次/d,8周为一个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率为92.5%;对照1组有效率为72.22%;对照2组有效率为62.5%;治疗组患者有效明显高于对照1组及对照2组(χ2=4.158,P=0.041;χ2=8.674,P=0.003),对照1组及对照2组患者有效率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.811,P=0.368)。三组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:蓝光联合复方氯霉素洗剂治疗寻常型痤疮是有效、安全的。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of blue light phototherapy combined with compound indomethacin tincture in treatment of acne vulgaris. Method One hundred and twenty- five cases with acne vulgaris were divided into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2 at randomly. Forty patients in the treatment group treated with blue light phototherapy 2 times every week,externally used compound indomethacin tincture twice daily for 8 weeks. Thirty- six patients in the control group 1 treated with blue light phototherapy 2 times every week for 8 weeks. Forty patients in the control group 2 treated with compound indomethacin tincture twice daily for 8 weeks. Results The clinical effective rate was 92. 5%,72. 22% and 62. 5% in the treatment group,control group 1 and control group2,respectively. The clinical effective rate of treatment group was significant higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2（ χ^2=4. 158,P = 0. 041; χ^2= 8. 674,P = 0. 003）. The clinical effective rate of control group 1 was no significant with control group 2（ χ^2=0. 811,P = 0. 368）. No marked side effects were observed in three groups. Conclusion The blue light phototherapy combined with compound indomethacin tincture is efficacy and safety in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
