卡前列栓用于B超引导下无痛人工流产440例的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察卡前列甲酯栓用于B超引导下无痛人工流产的临床效果分析。方法:对门诊自愿要求终止妊娠的440例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察组220例患者使用卡阴道塞前列栓后行B超引导无痛人工流产。对照组220例患者未使用卡前列栓后行B超引导无痛人工流产。结果:由于药物的应用,宫颈软化使手术易于进行,缩短手术时间,减少中术出血、子宫穿孔、宫内残留及宫腔粘连等人工流产并发症的发生率。结论:卡前列栓用于人工流产术是一种安全、有效、值得推广的方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the Carboprost Methylate Suppositorites used in painless abortion with guide of B- Ultrasound. Method The clinical data of 440 patients,who terminated the pregnancy voluntary in our hospital outpatient department were analyzed retrospectively. Observation group： 220 patients did use the carboprost suppository during the painless abortion guided by B- Ultrasound; Contrast group： 220 patients didn＇ t use the carboprost suppository during the painless abortion guided by B- Ultrasound. Results Due to the drug application,Cervical softening made operation easier,the operation time shorter,and reduced the incidence of complications in abortion,including Intraoperative hemorrhage,perforation of uterus,intrauterine gestationalresiduum,and intrauterine adhesious etc. Conclusion Using of Carboprost suppository for abortion is safe,effective and worth promoting.
