摘　　要：针对一起城市轨道交通列车冒进信号事故,从人为因素以及轨道、信号、车辆等4个方面分析了该事故的成因。经过调查排除了人为因素和轨道油渍方面的影响;根据车载的相关记录与录像,确定了列车因天气原因发生滑动,并触发紧急制动,最终冒进信号的过程。此外,发现了信号停车点与信号机过近易导致冒进事故的发生。Based on an accident of rail transit train overrun- ning station signal, 4 major causes are analyzed, including a train of urban rail transit overrunning the signal, the hu- man miss, the failure of rail signal and vehicle. Through investigation, factors like human miss and track grease are excluded; then, according to the vehicle loading records and videotape, the train sliding caused by bad weather is considered as the main cause, when the hard break did not stop the overrunning signal, and the shorter distance be- tween stop signal and semaphores is also considered as one of the main reasons for the accident.
