摘  要:目的:研究妊娠妇女胰岛素样因子(IGF-1)及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)浓度检测与妊娠结局的相关性。方法:于2011年8月-2013年8月笔者所在医院检查的妊娠孕妇中随机选取121例作为研究对象。其中61例妊娠结局好作为观察组,60例妊娠结局不好孕妇为对照组。使用放射性免疫对孕妇血清IGF-1及IGFBP-1浓度进行检测。分析血清IGF-1及IGFBP-1浓度检测与妊娠结局的相关性。结果:观察组及对照组孕妇IGF-1和IGFBP-1均呈负的线性相关。而两组新生儿身长及体重均和IGF-1水平呈正相关。而IGFBP-1浓度与新生儿体重及新生儿身长呈负相关。观察组胎盘IGF-1的阳性率90.16%显著高于对照组的75.00%。结论:新生儿身长及体重均和IGF-1水平呈正相关。而IGFBP-1浓度与新生儿体重和新生儿身长呈负相关,故可作为胎儿的早期信号。因此娠妇女血清中IGF-1及IGFBP-1浓度可作为预测妊娠结局的一大指标。Objective:To investigate the correlation of serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1(IGFBP-1) detection with the pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women.Method:A total of 121 pregnant women receiving examination in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 were randomly selected as subjects,with 61 outcomes good women as the observation group and 60 outcomes bad women as the control group. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the level of serum IGF-1 and IGFBP-1 for further analysis on the correlation of serum IGF-1 and IGFBP-1 with pregnancy outcomes.Result:The IGF-1 and IGFBP-1 of the observation group and control group both showed negative linear correlation.The neonatal height and weight of two groups both showed positive correlation with IGF-1 level.The IGFBP-1 level showed negative correlation with neonatal height and weight.IGF-1 positive rate of placenta in the observation group was 90.16%,the control group was 75.00%.Conclusion:The neonatal height and weight are both positively correlated with IGF-1 level. The IGFBP-1 level is negatively correlated with neonatal weight and height.As early signals of fetus,IGF-1 and IGFBP-1 can be adopted as important predictive indicators for pregnancy.
