摘  要:设置加劲肋是提高既有空间网格结构的受压焊接空心球节点承载力的一个有效途径。基于数值模拟的方法.在数值模拟中考虑了几何非线性和材料非线性两种非线性效应.对球外设置加劲肋加固焊接空心球节点的受力变形和破坏过程进行了分析.研究了不同三角肋尺寸对受压焊接空心球节点承载力的影响.得到了三角肋加固受压焊接空心球节点后其承载力的变化规律。Rib stiffeners were proved to be an effective method to significantly improve the bearing capacity of the compressed welded hollow spherical joint of lattice structures. A nonlinear numerical analysis was presented, the deformation and failure process of the welded hollow spherical joints strengthened with outside triangular rib were analyzed. The numerical simulations both geometric and material nonlinearity were taken into account. The bearing capacity of the compressed welded hollow spherical joint with different di mension was researched, and the variation of the bearing capacity of the compressed welded hollow spheri cal joint strengthened by triangular rib was presented.
