石家庄市既有居住建筑节能改造潜力分析

摘　　要：在凋研分析行家庄市6个区内既有建筑的存量、现状、使用情况和建筑能耗水平的基础上．建立了石家庄市既有居住建筑数据库。选取9栋典型建筑进行详细调查．提出综合节能改造方案．计算节能减排潜力．帮助政府部门制定节能改造方案及规划编制。为今后大规模既有居住建筑节能改造规划提供科学的决策依据。Based on analysis of the existing buildings stock, present situation and building energy consump tion in six areas of Shijiazhuang. the existing building database was established. Nine typical buildings were investigated, thus, we propose the scheme of energy-saving reformation, caculate the energy conservation, help the government department to nake the energy saving program. The results can provide a scientific support for the farmiliar engineering.
