厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性高血压临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法：将我院2010年6月至2012年10月180例高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组各90例。观察组用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗，对照组应用厄贝沙坦治疗。疗程均为8周，疗程结束后，观察两组4周和8周的治疗效果。结果：观察组的总有效率为90．5％，对照组的总有效率为85．4％，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压效果显著，优于厄贝沙坦治疗，值得临床借鉴。Objective： To discuss clinical the treatment efficacy of the effects of irbesartan and Irhesartan Hydrochlorothiazide tablets to primary hypertension. Method：Divided 180 patients of primary hypertension into two groups with control group 90 cases and treatment group 90 cases from August 2007 to April 2009 in our hospital randomly. The observation group were Ireated with irbesartan hydroclalorethiazide tablets and control group were t~＇eatod with irbesartan. Course of treatment was 8 weeks, and observed effects after 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Results ： The total effective rate was 90.5 % of observation group, and 85.4% of control group, total effective rate was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The effect of Irbesartan Hydreehlorothiazide tablets were significantly superior to irbesartan. It is worthy of reference.
